We are a team of very professional Sports therapists who have all completed three years at university and gone on to take additional courses to keep us up to date. We are also qualified Personal trainers and Sports coaches. Alongside our sports therapy and massage we do fitness classes for you and your friends or just on a personal basis. We aim to give the best service possible to our clients.

You can either come to our clinic or we provide a mobile service where we come to you with all the necessary equipment.

Professional Experience:
I'm a certified Strength and Fitness Coach with additional training in circuit training and running coaching. Based in Coleshill,
I work freelance providing Sports Therapy and Personal Training services to the public. I help clients improve performance,
prevent injury, and recover effectively.
​
I work closely with centurion running club providing Sports Therapy and Running Coaching, supporting runners of all levels
to achieve their goals.
​
In addition, I lead weekly circuit classes in Coleshill and Nether Whitacre. I aim to ensure these sessions are always, fun, inclusive, and always in a motivating environment for community fitness.
My approach blends clinical expertise with practical coaching to deliver tailored, effective results.​
