We are a team of very professional Sports therapists who have all completed three years at university and gone on to take additional courses to keep us up to date. We are also qualified Personal trainers and Sports coaches. Alongside our sports therapy and massage we do fitness classes for you and your friends or just on a personal basis. We aim to give the best service possible to our clients.

You can either come to our clinic or we provide a mobile service where we come to you with all the necessary equipment.

Sport and exercise play a vital role in supporting both mental and physical wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping others lead active, healthy lifestyles by offering professional support, guidance, and motivation tailored to each individual needs.

Professional Experience:
I’m a certified Sports Coach with additional qualifications in circuit training, spin instructor, multi-skills coaching, and football coaching.
I currently work freelance in Coleshill, offering services as a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer.
​
I also work with Centurion Running Club as a Sports Therapist and Run Fitness Coach, supporting runners of all levels in their training, recovery, and performance.
​
In addition, I lead weekly circuit training classes in both Coleshill and Nether Whitacre, promoting community fitness in a supportive, motivating and enjoyable environment.
​
I work with a diverse range of clients, both individually and in groups, with many of them coming from a running background.
My approach is always tailored, combining clinical knowledge with practical experience to help clients achieve their goals.
